Once you have selected and secured your home site, home design can begin. We utilize a small network of local architects for custom and personalized home plans designed to meet your needs and our quality construction standards. Having narrowed down exactly what you would like in your dream home, we will work closely with the architect to put that dream on paper with our quality standards designed right in. We will then put the complete construction documents out to bid with our extensive local supplier and subcontractor network. The thorough bid analysis will be followed by our more comprehensive construction agreement.
